The right movement at the right time.
FELVEO gives your employees one guided 30-second to 2-minute movement break based on how they feel and how much time they have. You get a simple workplace movement platform with aggregated participation and feedback trends – without organising sessions or seeing individual responses.
See what your team gets – no sign-up needed.
How do you feel?
Choose what you need right now.
How much time do you have?
Short enough to fit between two meetings.
The 1 and 2 minute routines open in early 2027.

Feel better?
One tap. This is how FELVEO learns.
Thanks, noted.
Next time your lower back feels stiff, this routine moves up your list.
Your team wasn’t designed to sit all day.
After six to ten hours at a screen, stiffness and an afternoon dip are common complaints. They know they should move. What they don’t have is a spare 30 minutes.
After years of working with office teams, the same concerns come up again and again:
- 1Neck and shoulders lock up after long screen time and back-to-back calls.
- 2Lower back and hips stiffen after hours in the same chair.
- 3Upper backs tighten and posture slips after hours leaning towards the screen.
- 4Energy and focus dip, and the afternoon slump takes over.
The desk, meetings and deadlines remain – so movement needs to fit around the working day.

FELVEO is built around the moments people actually have: 30 seconds, one minute, two minutes.
Even a few minutes of movement counts. The World Health Organization’s guidance is simple: any amount of physical activity is better than none.
European Working Conditions Survey 2024 (Eurofound, 36,000+ workers in 35 countries) · EU-OSHA, Work-related musculoskeletal disorders: prevalence, costs and demographics in the EU (2019), based on EWCS 2015 · WHO Guidelines on physical activity and sedentary behaviour, 2020.
Your movement break in three taps.
No searching through a video library. No workout plan to follow. Just one short movement suggestion based on how you feel and the time you have.

Feel
The employee chooses what they need right now and how much time they have, with options such as stiffness, tension, prolonged sitting or low energy.

Move
They receive one guided routine lasting 30 seconds, 1 or 2 minutes, with on-screen captions. It can be completed seated or standing, at the desk and in normal office clothes.

Feedback
One tap: Same, Better or Much better. Individual feedback is not shown to HR, and helps shape future recommendations.
The outcome loop: Feel → Move → Feedback → Learn → Adapt
Simple for employees. Measurable for HR.
For HR, the challenge isn’t finding more wellbeing content. It’s finding something simple to introduce, easy to access and measurable – without adding unnecessary administration, software installation or individual monitoring.
Give employees movement breaks that fit the working day they actually have, while HR sees only aggregated team trends – never individual choices or responses.
- Participation rate, active users and movement breaks completed
- Most selected movement needs and preferred routine lengths
- Self-reported “feel-better” rate
- Weekly and monthly trends and challenge participation
- Invite employees by email or company link, add your logo, and download a one-page report
Private feedback. Grouped HR insights.
HR sees grouped usage trends – never individual movement choices, feedback or usage history. Usage figures require at least five distinct participants, with additional safeguards for small groups. HR can manage names, work emails and invitation status to administer access.
Built for the workday, not the workout.
FELVEO isn’t a workout library or a step counter. It is a workplace movement platform for people who spend much of their working day seated, built around one simple question: what kind of movement break would feel useful right now?
| Common wellbeing or fitness app | FELVEO |
|---|---|
| Browse a library of workouts | Receive one relevant suggestion |
| Choose a dedicated workout | Take a 30-second to 2-minute movement break |
| Start from a general category | Start from how you feel right now |
| Recommendations based mainly on activity | Feedback shapes what comes next |
| Designed for dedicated exercise time | Designed for the desk, seated or standing |
| May require space or equipment | No equipment or change of clothes required |
It doesn’t just remember what people choose. It uses their feedback to improve what it suggests next.
“Personalised” is easy to promise. FELVEO runs an outcome loop: what was suggested, how the employee felt afterwards, and what to prioritise next time.
Anna selects “stiff neck”. After a 60-second seated mobility routine, she chooses Much better three times.
Next time: the 60-second seated routine comes firstBen selects the same “stiff neck” option. He feels the same after the 60-second routine, but better after a 2-minute standing reset.
Next time: the 2-minute standing reset comes firstHR does not see Anna’s or Ben’s individual choices or feedback. It sees only aggregated team trends once the minimum group size is reached – for example, the share of neck-related breaks followed by “Better” or “Much better”.
Aggregated team trends onlyFits the day your team actually has.

30 seconds, 1 or 2 minutes.
Every routine is tagged by length, so employees can choose an option that fits the time they actually have.

At the desk, seated or standing.
Routines are designed for office clothes and small spaces, with clear on-screen guidance that is easy to follow.

In the office, hybrid or remote.
FELVEO runs in the browser on laptops, tablets and phones, giving employees the same simple experience wherever they work.

Built by a trainer who works with office teams.
Rudolf Meszesi is a personal trainer and massage therapist. Through Office Massage Malta, he has spent years working directly with office teams, one desk at a time. The concerns are often the same: stiff necks and shoulders, lower-back discomfort and a drop in energy by mid-afternoon. The reasons people struggle to do something about them are just as familiar:
FELVEO is designed around these everyday barriers: short routines that fit into a busy day, one relevant suggestion instead of an overwhelming exercise library, and simple feedback that helps improve future recommendations.
Results from the first pilot teams will be published here as they become available.
Straight answers.
What does HR actually see about individual employees?
HR can see names, work email addresses and invitation or activation status to manage access. Usage reports contain grouped figures: participation, breaks completed, selected needs, self-reported feel-better rates and trends. HR cannot see a person's movement choices, feedback or individual usage timestamps. Usage figures require at least five distinct participants, with additional safeguards for small groups.
Do employees need any equipment, space or fitness level?
No. The routines are gentle and designed for normal office clothes, and can be completed seated or standing in the space next to a desk. No equipment, change of clothes or particular fitness level is required, and clear on-screen guidance is provided throughout.
How much time does it take out of the working day?
Each break takes just 30 seconds to 2 minutes, and employees choose how much time they have. The point is to fit movement into the day, not to compete with it.
What does IT need to do?
Nothing to install. FELVEO runs in the browser on laptops, tablets and phones. HR can invite employees by email or through a company link, with no IT integration required for the initial rollout. Single sign-on and Microsoft Teams or Slack integrations are planned for later.
What does it cost?
Indicative monthly-equivalent pricing starts at €150 for teams of up to 50 employees. For larger teams, tiered pricing begins at €3 per employee per month and decreases as the team grows. There is no setup fee. Before any commitment, your written offer confirms the total price, applicable taxes, subscription term, payment schedule, renewal and cancellation terms.
Is this a medical or physiotherapy product?
No. FELVEO is a workplace movement platform designed to support short movement breaks during the working day. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical advice. Users should move only within a comfortable, pain-free range and follow the safety guidance provided.
We have hybrid and remote staff. Does it still work?
Yes. FELVEO runs in the browser, so employees can access it from the office, at home or wherever they work. No installation or equipment is required.
