These terms apply to your use of the felveo.com website. By using the website you accept them.

1. Who we are

felveo.com is operated by Rudolf Meszesi, Triq Bugibba, Clejos, Fl7, SPB2760 St Paul’s Bay, Malta (VAT No. MT25838737). Contact: info@felveo.com.

2. What the website is for

The website presents FELVEO, a workplace movement platform for businesses, and lets you request the Desk Reset Pack, ask questions and register interest in early access. Information on the website, including indicative monthly-equivalent prices, is not a binding subscription offer. Requesting the pack or contacting us does not create a paid subscription. Platform access and subscriptions require a separate written business agreement that confirms the service, total price, applicable taxes, subscription term, payment schedule, renewal and cancellation conditions, and the applicable data processing terms. These website terms do not replace that agreement or the employee platform privacy notice.

3. Not medical advice

FELVEO provides general workplace movement guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an assessment of fitness for work, and it is not a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional. The website does not assess your medical condition or whether a movement is suitable for you, including when you use its demo. Movement examples may not be suitable for everyone, and no particular health outcome is guaranteed. Choose only movements you can perform comfortably within a pain-free range; stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. If you have a medical condition, injury or any doubt about suitability, consult a healthcare professional before taking part.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, send spam or automated submissions through the sign-up form, or submit someone else's personal data without their permission.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, logo, images and the FELVEO name are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The express permission to print and share the Desk Reset Pack with colleagues and people working remotely, as stated in the pack email, is an exception to this restriction.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp and the websites of the sources we cite). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy and cookies

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
